Shipping Policy (USA Only – Excluding Remote Areas)

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on our website and covers processing time, shipping coverage, delivery, and related terms within the United States.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM PST will begin processing on the next business day.
  • We do not process or ship orders on weekends or U.S. public holidays.
  • Order processing time does not include shipping time.

2. Shipping Coverage (USA Only – Remote Areas Excluded)

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.

We do NOT ship to the following remote or restricted areas:

  • U.S. Territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa)
  • APO / FPO / DPO military addresses
  • Certain rural or hard-to-reach ZIP codes in:
    • Alaska
    • Hawaii
    • Montana
    • Wyoming
    • North Dakota
    • South Dakota
    • Other off-grid or carrier-defined remote areas

Eligibility depends on carrier availability. If your ZIP code is considered a remote location and cannot be served, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

3. Delivery Time

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, the estimated delivery times are as follows:

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. They may be affected by carrier workload, weather conditions, natural disasters, holidays, and other factors beyond our control.

4. Shipping Fees

  • Free standard shipping on orders over $50 within the continental United States (Lower 48 states).
  • Orders below the free-shipping threshold are charged a flat rate of $7.99.
  • Additional surcharges may apply for oversized or heavy items, or shipments to eligible areas in Alaska and Hawaii.
  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for any reshipping fees. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Orders placed with addresses in excluded remote areas will be automatically canceled and fully refunded.

5. Sales Tax

Sales tax may be applied where required by applicable state and local laws. It will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

6. Tracking Information

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to update in the carrier’s system.

7. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages & Damage Claims

  • Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, the order is considered completed at the shipping address provided.
  • If tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact us within 7 calendar days so we can assist with a carrier investigation.
  • Claims for missing packages submitted after 7 days from the carrier’s recorded delivery date may not be eligible for compensation.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, severe weather, natural disasters, holidays, or incorrect addresses.
  • If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours and provide photos of the packaging and damaged items for assistance with a replacement or claim.

8. Address Accuracy, Delivery Attempts & Refusals

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping fees may apply and original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If a delivery attempt fails due to customer unavailability or refusal, additional fees or return shipping charges may apply.
  • We cannot reroute packages once they have been shipped.

9. Multi-Package Shipments

Some orders may ship in multiple boxes depending on product weight, size, or availability. Separate tracking numbers will be provided when applicable.

10. Returns & Exchanges

For information about returns, refunds, and exchanges, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy. Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

11. Order Cancellation

  • Orders cannot be canceled once they have been dispatched or are already in transit.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order if the address is high-risk, unverifiable, or restricted. A full refund will be issued in such cases.

Q: Can I change my shipping address after placing the order?

A: If the order has not shipped yet, we can update the address. If the order is already in transit, the address cannot be changed.

Q: What if my tracking has not updated for several days?

A: Tracking may experience delays during peak seasons or due to carrier issues. If there's no update for more than 5 business days, please contact us.
