- Original Condition: Products must be in the same condition you received them - unworn, unused, with tags
- Original Packaging: Items must be in original packaging with all accessories included

- Uninstalled Products: For uninstalled products received within 60 days, we provide unconditional returns
- Pre-Authorization Required: All returns must be requested before sending items back
Immediate Inspection Required:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
For Transit Damage, Please Provide:
- Shipping Label Photo: Clear image of the shipping label
- Product Photos: Physical pictures showing the damage
- Packaging Photos: Images of the damaged product packing box
