Q: I received an incomplete or damaged order. What should I do? |
A: We apologize for any inconvenience. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of any damage. We'll arrange for replacement parts and bear all shipping costs.Or a full refund immediately and you don't need to send it back. |
